Within weeks of launching the redesigned website, Streetsense was awarded Graphic Design USA’s 2019 American Web Design Award, recognizing the power of its design to enhance the online and interactive experience. Within the first month, the new website earned a 59% increase in website traffic, month-over-month, with an average session duration of 5:22 and an average of 3.8 pages viewed per session. Additionally, organic sessions were up 43% month-over-month, with an increased session duration and more pages visited per session. Email open rates have increased by 14% and clickthrough rate has improved by more than 4,000%. Our social efforts to date have increased engagements on Instagram by 560%.
