Streetsense was selected to provide branding and marketing services for this significant three-phase destination in Port Charlotte, FL on Florida’s Gulf Coast just above Ft. Myers. This resort represents the first resort under the Allegiant brand (Allegiant Travel Company – ALGT: NASDAQ). The initial phase includes $500M+ for 785 rooms in a luxury hotel and two luxury Sunsuite Residence towers. Two more phases will progress into the complete resort. We were chosen to develop the master brand including sub-brands and brand translations for all 20 dining, meeting, and recreation experiences on the property and tasked to complete the challenge in a record 7-month time frame. Upon the success of the initial engagement, we then began to develop and implement the brand launch strategy and ongoing marketing outreach.
Phase one involved conducting key research with audience segments including meetings and group planners. The research identified gaps in the market which informed the creation of the brand look, feel, and speak in addition to its 20+ sub-brands of dining, meeting, and other amenities. Great work has earned us the AOR designation and we are now implementing a three Phase 18-month plan to introduce the brand and drive bookings and reservations.
